Pujadas will be present at Hip Horeca Professional Expo – IFEMA Madrid during the next 6-8 March 2023. Hip will meet together for three days entrepreneurs and professionals of the hospitality sector, besides being the largest European congress of innovation, technology and transformation of the sector.

Pujadas will make several product presentations at its booth Pab 3 3D421 on Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Tuesday 7 there will be a demonstration of rice preparation with the Pujadas Grill oven, a combi oven, paella, gas or even microwave. In addition, the Pujadas llaunas for cooking and presentation will be presented, a perfect option for rice dishes in the grill oven.

On Wednesday March 8th there will be a Cocktail demonstration with Yeinver Escobar, a renowned bartender who will demonstrate his experience in front of the new Pujadas Cocktail trolley.
